Stage 05
Card punching, trimming and computer vision inspection for cosmetic and process control before encoding.

Stage 06
One integrated Perso machine handles LF, HF and UHF programming, magstripe encoding, secure key loading, laser engraving, edge-to-edge inkjet printing, OCR and two-sided personalization.

Stage 07
Automated counting, wrapping, labeling, carton handling and palletization prepare finished products for controlled storage and distribution.

Stage 08
The automated warehouse connects ERP-controlled storage and retrieval with real-time material tracking, production logistics and in-house equipment design.

Material flexibility
