Manufacturing capabilities

End-to-end manufacturing, built around your product.

Any printing method, any form factor and any technology can be configured to your needs. OMEC connects materials, assembly, finishing, programming and automation into one production path.

Production path

Follow the work from print to warehouse

Each stage feeds the next, keeping material registration, security operations, inspection and production data inside one coordinated process.

  1. Stage 01

    Digital & Specialty Printing

Variable-data digital printing for serialized and personalized output, along with silk screen printing for specialty or security effects such as UV and OVI.

Fujifilm digital production press used for high-volume card printing
    Digital production printing
  2. Stage 02

    LF, HF & Dual-Interface Assembly

Low-frequency and high-frequency constructions including chip-on-board, direct wafer bonding and dual-interface inlay manufacturing.

Enclosed automated smart card and RFID assembly line on the OMEC production floor
    Automated inlay assembly
  3. Stage 03

    Precision Collating

Automated collating aligns printed sheets, inlays, overlays and specialty layers before lamination for stable registration across the full sheet.

Automated multi-station collating line aligning smart card material layers
    Automated sheet collating
  4. Stage 04

    Controlled Lamination

Connected lamination systems apply controlled heat and pressure to PVC, recycled PVC, PET, PETG, PC, PLA and composite constructions.

Industrial smart card lamination line with guarded material handling equipment
    Automated lamination line
  5. Stage 05

    Finishing & Inspection

Card punching, trimming and computer vision inspection for cosmetic and process control before encoding.

Automated card finishing and computer vision inspection equipment
    Finishing and vision inspection
  6. Stage 06

Programming, Secure Key Loading & Personalization

One integrated Perso machine handles LF, HF and UHF programming, magstripe encoding, secure key loading, laser engraving, edge-to-edge inkjet printing, OCR and two-sided personalization.

Integrated Perso machine for smart card programming, secure key loading and personalization
    Integrated Perso machine
  7. Stage 07

    Packaging & Material Handling

Automated counting, wrapping, labeling, carton handling and palletization prepare finished products for controlled storage and distribution.

Robotic packaging and material handling line with conveyors and articulated arms
    Robotic packaging line
  8. Stage 08

    Automation & Traceability

The automated warehouse connects ERP-controlled storage and retrieval with real-time material tracking, production logistics and in-house equipment design.

Automated warehouse with high-bay storage, conveyors and robotic retrieval equipment
